An Art Director at Belmont, Rob brings more than 14 years of strategic brand development experience, including developing internal communication campaigns to educate teams on an organization’s mission, vision, value, goals, and other important foundations of its brand. As the lead designer for Belmont over the past nine years, Rob always finds creative ways to use visual communication to connect with people internally and externally to the organization. Whether the challenge is communicating a message through print, internet, interiors or some other media, Rob creates the tools that make the brand live in the hearts and minds of key stakeholders.

Working closely with our clients, he continues to push the limits of interactivity and innovation by providing them with functional design solutions that emphasize creativity and provoke thought. His belief is that successful brands are not limited by medium, so he continues to approach design by addressing the individual needs of our clients and letting those needs dictate specific deliverables. Rob finds his inspiration through many outlets and lets creativity infuse every aspect of his life. His passion for design and attention to detail is evident in every project he touches.
